QTC is a Lockheed Martin company that provides government outsourcedoccupational health and disability examinations. I was responsible for performing disabilityevaluations on veterans of the United States Armed Forces from 2009 through 2014. In 2014,I was promoted to the medical director position and am currently responsible for theoversight of multiple physician assistants and their support staff at the branch in Kansas City,Missouri. I have personally evaluated over 3000 patients for various medical conditions andbelieve that it has greatly improved my ability in primary care as well as my understanding ofthe medical/ radiographic correlation.

From this data, I created wage surveys, which were then compared to similar hospitals in the Northern California region and the state. I then worked with the hospital administrators to determine any changes to the salary structure in order to maximize employee retention and satisfaction.
