My role was co-founder, CEO and something similar to system architect/source. I recruited an amazing team who built the worlds first platform for delivering deep psychological change and doing so at an approaching net zero marginal cost per changed life. The Ekskäret Foundation is a Swedish non-profit organisation which aims to facilitate the co-creation of a more conscious and sustainable society. The Foundation was founded in 2009 with a focus on the connection between life-long personal inner development and growth and societal development. It has developed spaces, arenas and contexts for inquisitive exploratory meetings, dialogue and lifelong transformative learning.

During this period we founded and cemented a strong student union in which we outperformed our vision for the organization. After just one year we organized the national Happiness Conference, spoke with Sweden's leading politicians, held praised workshops during the European Conference on Positive Psychology and much more. The organization today is the most active in our region and is fortunately still growing. My role was leading, coaching and facilitating the development of the group's diverse individuals in new situations toward our common goal. This became a playgroud for leadership and integrating positive psychological tools in a worksetting.

My position included all types of tasks in for running and developing the kiteschool. The first two years the company was run by me solely, and the two latter with a partner. Throughout these years I led the company, competed as professionall internationally and taught over a thousand people to enjoy the sport and became a household name within the kiting business. * Administration & Leadership* Marketing, website, ad and print material, * Sportscoaching, Instructing & Teaching, Traditional Customer service, Delivering a service on demand in extreme conditions such as Saftey and Risks, Weather and Wind.
