Integration of hardware in VR simulations. Parse the output of control systems and send it to a VR simulation so it can be used to control the VR simulation.

Executed my bachelors assignment at Twinsense360. For this assignment an existing control panel that is used (among others) to control cranes was integrated in a VR simulation. An operator can walk over a platform and control a crane with this control panel in a VR environment where containers had to be moved around. I built the integration between the control panel and the simulation, the parsing of the data from the control panel and implemented the actual movements of the crane and environments.

Studenten Net Twente is an association that represents students on the IT facilities of the University of Twente. This includes helping students with IT related problems, providing extra IT related services and consulting with the ICT department of the University on behalf of the students.

Teacher Assistant of a programming course of the bachelor Industrial Design. The course handled mostly Java and some Arduino (including use of sensors and motors etc). As TA, I had to explain programming concepts to students, solve issues students had (and preferably guide them to a solution instead of only providing it) and grade the assignments of the course.

Developed a tool that is used to schedule and manage projects based on tasks, estimated dates and critical paths. This tool is used both internally and externally for project planning and visualizing the impact of changes on the project.
