Program Manager, New Product Development
Oversees and manages the design, development, and successful implementation of injection molding, fixturing, and automation design projects into production. Acts as the single point of contact for customer communication, satisfaction and for relaying all customer requirements in a team environment. Coordinates the operations of multiple departments to achieve successful and efficient manufacturing and work cell layout. Responsible for project budget and cost control, generates customer quotes for engineering services, equipment, product pricing, and mold tooling.

Used a signal analyzer and the logarithmic decrement method to approximate the systems' transfer function and "tune" the system. Wrote lab procedure and manual as well as instructed class.Advanced Vehicle Research and Development:Director of electric vehicle project for year 2000-2002. Leadership roll includes the organization of group meetings and special events, fundraising, gathering sponsor support, and promoting the project on-campus and in the community. Group work includes the installation of new data acquisition unit, troubleshooting and analysis of vehicle components, and overall vehicle performance.
