Research on the development of a new paradigm for the conduction of Information Retrieval (IR) research under joint supervision of Professors Keith van Rijsbergen, Mounia Lalmas, and Joemon Jose. At the core of this work lies the idea to base the conception of retrieval systems on concordance with the respective human cognitive processing. Invited IR expert at the IP-Confex Venice 2009 and IRF Symposium 2007/08/10 Intellectual Property conferences.
