Another excellent year of training was to be evaluated by competing in Ironman Copenhagen. A totalt time of 10:34:04 with personal best on the swim and bike leg. Anything is possible!

After 30 975 minutes of training I have completed my goal to become an Ironman. I crossed the finish line on Swedens first Ironman with a time of 10:41:47. Splits of 1:23:13 on the swim, 5:18:02 on the bike and a 3:54:52 run. Its an amazing and very emotional feeling that can only be experienced by doing it! Thanks everybody for supporting me and cheering me on. Anything is possible!
