Frösunda was founded in 1994 and is today one of the country's largest private healthcare companies with 4 different business areas, personal assistance - disability - Individual and family and care for the elderly. Business development manager for Frösunda's work to run personal assistance on contract with the municipality as a customer nationally. The business is basically based on municipally run personal assistance that has been outsourced and during the time I was in the role included contracts in seven locations in the country. Extensive development and structural work to streamline and quality-assure the contracts based on national legislation and municipal guidelines and regulations in agreement with the company's goals and ambitions for the personal assistance. Includes both strategic and operational work. As a business development manager within assistance contracting, you are part of the business area's management team and directly report to the business area manager. The role includes responsibility for structure and business development with a focus on quality, regulatory compliance and sustainability in the company's assistance contracts.

Regional manager for personal assistance in Stockholm, Uppsala, Gotland and assistance contracting at Södermalm in Stockholm. Sales manager for a national sales team with a focus on new applicant customers. Fritid och Omsorg started in 2000 and since 2001 has been tasked with running Sickla Leisure Park, a business with a focus on interaction. The foundation of the business is based on our shared belief in the equal value of all people and that all individuals are free, responsible, creative and social. My work was largely based on organizing and structuring the business based on its basic idea and creating a sustainable and qualitative business for staff, visitors and users.
