ProElite, Inc. was a start-up mixed martial arts promoter with a significant online portfolio and global television and video distribution via outlets such as CBS and Showtime.- Oversaw development, deployment and operations of the ProElite.com online community and the affiliated fight brand websites. Grew traffic from zero to 4.6 million page views and over 100,000 subscribers.- Proved out multiple revenue lines including VOD, online pay-per-view, content subscriptions and online contests.- Assembled and managed a cross-functional team of 7 people in Los Angeles and an offshore team of 30 people in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.- Instituted industry best-practices for development such as issue/task management, feature analysis, KPI tracking and regression testing processes across the global team.- Negotiated and supervised contracts with vendors and partners.- Created a streaming media infrastructure to handle both live video and video-on-demand.- Oversaw the IT infrastructure for HQ in Los Angeles and subsidiaries in London, Oahu and Kuala Lumpur.

TPS was a software solution provider of enterprise workflow automation tools for the banking, human resources andtalent management industries.- Co-Founded the company, architected and lead implementation of the core technology platform.- Responsible for client implementations, corporate operations and finance.- Brought the core platform through three full lifecycles using all open-source core components. The entire Three Point Platform was J2EE based with a MySQL backend database. The platform consisted of a model-driven development system that could forward engineer a web application with a customer-specific business object-model. The generated system was designed to work within a java based rules engine to handle task management and routing based on configurable rules.- Version 1.0 of the platform was used to implement a commercial lending automation platform for Zions Bank in Utah where it is still in production use.- Versions 2.0 and 3.0 of the platform were used to build an online benefits enrollment system that handled enrollment for over 50,000 employees across four different companies.- Version 2.0 was also used in conjunction with a custom Ruby on Rails application to create an online talent management and screening application designed to match prospective employees and employers by analyzing personality traits and skill sets.- Recruited and mentored the technology and client services staff.

Meritage Technologies (later acquired by Perficient) was an Ohio based systems aggregator. Worked on multiple projects:US Department of Education / EDS- Created software and functional design.- Managed the day-to-day activity of each team.- Performed code and implementation reviews.- Served as liaison to the overall EDS program manager to coordinate schedules and deliverables.- Provided technical oversight to the testing and documentation teams to ensure a clean turn over of the project to the client.Breakthrough Management Group (BMG)- Main point of contact for the customer and oversaw the full software lifecycle through design, development and delivery.- Assembled the project team from existing Meritage staff as well as outside contractors.- Designed the core architecture of the system and then supervised implementation by the team.- Met with BMG's primary customers to better understand their requirements and usage of the software.
