The entire Three Point Platform was J2EE based with a MySQL backend database. The platform consisted of a model-driven development system that could forward engineer a web application with a customer-specific business object-model. The generated system was designed to work within a java based rules engine to handle task management and routing based on configurable rules.- Version 1.0 of the platform was used to implement a commercial lending automation platform for Zions Bank in Utah where it is still in production use.- Versions 2.0 and 3.0 of the platform were used to build an online benefits enrollment system that handled enrollment for over 50,000 employees across four different companies.- Version 2.0 was also used in conjunction with a custom Ruby on Rails application to create an online talent management and screening application designed to match prospective employees and employers by analyzing personality traits and skill sets.- Recruited and mentored the technology and client services staff.
