I am a junior at UNC Chapel Hill and a self-publishing author. At Chapel Hill, my studies have focused on the Latin and Greek languages, tools which have fueled my love of literature, philosophy, history, and poetic beauty. My experiences at Chapel Hill have taken me far beyond the classical languages, however, and have paved a path forward for me in the worlds of research, writing, communication, and problem solving. My work experience includes producing thoroughly-researched, polished written work, writing code to present annotated Old English manuscripts digitally, and running all aspects of my literary publication, Speaking In Tongues, in which I employ my knowledge of the ancient languages to reveal parts of Biblical Scripture which cannot be rendered in translation.
