• Member of Executive Management Team reporting directly to the CEO;• Responsible for a $1M budget to lead all global corporate strategies and tactics for obtaining, improving and protecting reimbursement, purchaser and payer value messaging, and premium pricing across all global commercial markets;• Define and execute health economic research, data, and cost-effectiveness and budgetary impact publication efforts to support positive US payer coverage and for global health technology assessments;• Drive market access and reimbursement throughout the full product life cycle inclusive of collaboration with physician and facility customers, engagement of external stakeholders and organizations (e.g. specialty societies), and active advocacy with governmental and commercial payers;• Implement strategic and tactical launch plans for securing coding and coverage, and available payment mechanism opportunities, and coordinate with Sales for the premium pricing opportunity using innovative contracting models;• Create customizable health economic value tools, such as cost effectiveness and budget impact models to demonstrate the clinical and economic value to facility purchasers, technology assessment bodies, and payers;• Develop, launch and maintain country-specific reimbursement and market access services, resources and collateral, including patient access program, reimbursement hotline, clinical and economic value dossiers, coding guides, reimbursement kits, contracting and pricing, and Sales, Marketing, and Field Reimbursement support;• Participate in business development, VC and Investor presentations, and due diligence activities.
