I assisted the sales representatives in helping the bigger accounts succeed in their marketing endeavors, both in a strategic as well as a practical sense; educating, strategizing, and supporting both agencies and direct clients with both pre- and post-campaign solutions as well as on a broader account-level.

I oversaw hitta.se's total sales budget and delivered sales numbers to management. I managed all existing orders up for renewal, handled customer transfers between departments, delivering prospects and leads, and follow up with a number of Key Performance Indicators to management. Responsibilities included ensuring that all sales commisions were correct at the end of each month. Responsibilities also included technical support, primarily towards sales managers, as well as continuous development of hitta.se's in-house sales software.

This included a wide range of support, depending on individual customer needs and technical solutions. The Key Account department aims exclusively at larger businesses and extensive, tailored solutions to fit different businesses' needs.
