IT responsible for environmental testing business throughout the BeNeLux

- Responsible for IT Solutions for site Barneveld- Deployment manager for BeNeLux as part of the project for global development and roll-out of eLIMS-NG (Eurofins Laboratory Information Management System, the Next Generation), a comprehensive and integrated suite of tools and applications to support production processes in our laboratories worldwide.

Responsible for implementation of Eurofins Off Site Operations software for Belgium, Development of BeNeLux specific plugin for custom specific exports and EDI engine to corporate web portal.

Responsible for project execution of several business related improvement projects like:• Workflow management (Flexite BPMS) implementation for safety, quality/process deviations & compliance - Defined one accepted process for Pon Equipement and Pon Power (4 countries, 11 business groups, 2000 users)- Proof of concept / implementation successfully executed in Pon Equipment Norway, full rollout in progress• MaK spare parts stock consolidation for Pon Power Denmark, Norway & The Netherlands- Developed and implemented integrated process and associated IT tooling / interfacing.• CRM re-implementation at Pon Equipment Denmark (SMS, Infor M3)- On boarding of management & key users, fine tune CRM system, train end user, establish in daily operation

Responsible for development and roll out of lead to order, order to cash and engineering processes with Infor M3 ERP as part of a business process redesign process (Clockwork project).• Prepare, implement & rollout to Pon Equipment Denmark• Assure solution coverage for Power and Equipment business processes related to Prime Sales & engineering.• Overall architect quotation tool (Sofon) incl. integration with CRM and ERP (M3).
