Acting in different software development roles for a variety of projects in our IT department. - Tech lead creating software solution design preparing for the full software development life cycle.- Developer creating software. Often in cooperation with external consultants.- Tester ensuring quality of changes in software and architecture. We work in a IT environment with hundreds of systems on premise and in the Azure cloud. Each change requires considerable work to ensure compliance and minimal interference. Outside of projects I work on creating and maintaining our Software Development Life Cycle Policies. Both the actual research and writing, but also working with the culture change needed due them to be effective.

- Deep dive into business requirements and system landscape behind IT projects.- Communicating business requirements to external developers.- Doing backend development on .net based web applications.- Working with Azure Pipelines to improve our CI/CD process. I'm currently working on improving our way of working from different angles. The project is rnning "from the bottom and up" starting with the team's current work and problems.- Writing policies, procedures and developer handbooks.- Implementing SonarCloud.- Finding and removing obstackles from our daily work.- Working on driving a culture change towards working more as a team and less in silos.

At Service Applications we create and maintain the web applications that service apps and end users like grocers and business owners.My tasks included- Developing and maintaining small service apps.- Writing change requests and refining them with external developers.- Communication and coaching with external developers.- Working on implementing common coding standard and git practices across projects.

At EazyProject we offer an extensive suite of project management tools for all steps of the project life cycle; Budgeting, planning, management, time tracking, invoicing, integration and more! As part of the development team my tasks include:- Creating a new invoicing module from scratch; Database, business layer and large parts of front end. - Developing new features and maintaining existing using C# and VB.NET.- Acting as scrum master and working on developing our internal procedures.- Continuously working on improving our task descriptions and estimation echniques.- Optimising, developing and querying databases using T-SQL, Entity Framework and ServiceStack OrmLite. - Developing front end for new pages using CSS, Javascript, jQuery and SASS. - Refactoring legacy features to aid developer workflow and increase data security.- Planning and managing own projects.- Integrating data between EazyProject and external systems using SQL, web services and proprietary tools.

E-supplies develops individual e-commerce and e-procurement systems based on a strong and flexible .net core.I started as a web developer and has since taken more and more database tasks.My tasks from most to least common were: - Integration of data between ERP systems, third party providers and web shop including Navision, Axapta and C5.- Database development in T-SQL.- Planning and managing own projects.- Development work on the core system in C# and VB.NET.- Writing software documentation.- Create reports and statistics from customer data.- Optimising existing SQL queries as data grows and speed requirements increase.- Developing new standard features for .net core and database.- Front end development in XSLT, Javascript/jQuery and CSS.- Customer Support.
