Communications Strategist
Current- Internal and external communications with the Incident Management team:
- Manage external and internal communications both during major incidents and after resolution, acting as a focal point for communications to internal and external stakeholders
- On-call 24/7, overseeing communications during incidents that occur after hours or on weekends with rapid responsiveness
- Coordinate with internal teams to communicate incidents promptly and explain to external audiences how the organization is minimizing service interruptions and customer impact when major incidents occur
- Create and maintain documentation to support Campus Community functionality and processes, acting as moderator and overseeing Campus Community
- Work with business units throughout Infinite Campus on internal and external communication projects as needed
