Communications Strategist
CurrentInternal and external communications with the Incident Management team:• Manage external and internal communications both during major incidents and after resolution, acting as a focal point for communications to internal and external stakeholders• On-call 24/7, overseeing communications during incidents that occur after hours or on weekends with rapid responsiveness• Coordinate with internal teams to communicate incidents promptly and explain to external audiences how the organization is minimizing service interruptions and customer impact when major incidents occur• Create and maintain documentation to support Campus Community functionality and processes, acting as moderator and overseeing Campus Community• Work with business units throughout Infinite Campus on internal and external communication projects as needed• Implement and oversee communication plans for release announcements, notifications, and responses across multiple platforms to maintain the organization's messaging
