Current• Spearheaded static structural FEA simulations of drivetrain and suspension components using ANSYS, often combined with fatigue analyses in FEMFAT, playing a pivotal role in product development.• Lead simulation engineer in several high-profile product development projects for customers across various race series such as Formula 1, Formula E, LMH, LMDh, WEC, NASCAR, GT, as well as in the hypercar segment for road cars.• Collaboration closely with the design department, influencing redesigns based on stress analysis results to optimize component performance.• Participation in numerous internal projects, focusing on new component design and simulation, contributing significantly to methodological advancements.• Currently leading an exploratory project on the application of strain gauges in our products, a vital ongoing innovation initiative.• Initiated and managed a comprehensive evaluation of four different leading multibody dynamics simulation software for automotive applications.• Actively working on integrating Simpack into drivetrain and suspension systems to enhance understanding of dynamic behavior and load management, with the integration of Abaqus.• Initiating incorporating automation, scripting, data science with machine learning into our processes using Python, aiming to drive future innovation and efficiency in our engineering approaches.
