My work activities included:• Advising customers on consumer electronics, selling these products, and helping them with product malfunctions or difficulties. • Leading colleagues (on the work floor) and being the point of contact for issues they couldn't resolve.• Onboarding tens of new colleagues in the advice and service department, including teaching them communication and sales techniques, but also Coolblue's values.• Researching sales conversations, the factors… Show more My work activities included:• Advising customers on consumer electronics, selling these products, and helping them with product malfunctions or difficulties. • Leading colleagues (on the work floor) and being the point of contact for issues they couldn't resolve.• Onboarding tens of new colleagues in the advice and service department, including teaching them communication and sales techniques, but also Coolblue's values.• Researching sales conversations, the factors contributing to a successful cross-sell, and eventually leading a project to increase cross-selling on ordered items awaiting pickup.• Enhancing processes like digitalising data annotation for transferring data from an old smartphone or tablet to a new one.• Working several days in the Coolblue store in The Hague due to a staff shortage.• Managing finances of the employee association, organising many exciting team activities, Christmas dinners, and online activities and parties during the corona pandemic for our team of 50-60 employees.Coolblue is the Netherlands' second-largest e-commerce company. They mainly offer consumer electronics and sell through their website and 22 stores located in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.
