Responsible for the operational readiness for 2 propulsion, 3 power plant and auxiliary systems.• Led and executed the calibration of ~5500 ship wide sensors, gauges and indicators, achieving 100% operational ship readiness by collaborating and building an extensive network of third party naval suppliers.• Managed the ship’s ICAS program across the engineering department that drove the analysis engine, configuration data sets, event captures, trend definitions across 300+ electrical and mechanical power plant equipment ultimately leading to ~40% ship’s maintenance cost reduction. • Trained and led 20 junior engineers and operators on naval readiness and operational drills in preparation of naval deployment. Achieved and scored 100% completion of Ultra E naval fleet inspection.
