- Responsible for the end-to-end design for the current and next generation of ScoreStik suite of products- Provide full design, user interface and user experience considerations for all ScoreStik components- Define and develop user interface standards across all products- Work with Executives to enhance and improve marketing and sales material- Research and provide complete solutions that consistently improve customer experience across all views, application pages, menus and full user interfaces targeting mobile devices and displays ranging from phones & tablets to off-the-shelf flat-panel tv's and short throw projectors. - Approach problems in a platform agnostic way and deliver solutions that cover iOS devices, Windows and Android devices, plus and admixture of proprietary embedded applications that belong to production, sealed hardware manufacturers

- Define and develop the best user experience possible for PointRight's customers and partners- Define user interface guidelines to be used for all PointRight products and web sites- Lead the company's design and front-end development for all new products- Develop, maintain and enhance customer-facing UI elements - using HTML/CSS, JavaScript and JQuery - Research, develop and lead the company-wide effort to adopt a Learning Management System (LMS) platform- Push the company's efforts in the mobile space, assuring that any new component be mobile and tablet friendly - utilizing responsive design wherever possible - Offer brand stewardship over browser-based product offerings and reports under the PointRight portfolio- Mentor and assist internal teams with design efforts

Directly responsible for all user interface elements across all WhyNotLeaseIt Web sites, e-commerce, internal and external portals, microsites, co-branded pages and apps.- Design, develop and implement WhyNotLeaseIt’s websites in new markets, as the company expanded their footprint while increasing overall satisfaction and converting traffic.- Manage changes and enhancements to the overall design and usability of internal WhyNotLeaseIt Web properties.- Expand search engine marketing & search engine optimization. Determine and manage the optimal balance of brand and non-brand search, and across paid and natural search.- Prioritize projects to improve SEO performance and create and execute roadmap for SEO improvements with projected impact. - Provide direction for browser support across multiple platforms, with a heavy focus on mobile devices and tablets.- Research and stay at the forefront of user interface, cross-browser compatibility, marketing programs and innovations; identify new programs to test and create projections of performance.
