Below are some accomplishments by department:Human Resources (HR)• Update all HR policies and documentation to align with newre-branding messaging and enhance employee education, whileensuring the company is fully legally protected.• Provide full life cycle recruiting to maintain organizational staffingrequirements.Information Technology Management• Analyzed and documented company's network and IT assets forcompliance with Government regulations related to the protection ofcontrolled unclassified information within nonfederal informationsystems and organizations. Upon completion of the analysis,developed and maintained Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)s toensure compliance.Business Development/Marketing• Within the first year, the CEO tasked me too develop/design/impenitent the re-branding of Christopher O'Keeffe CPA LLC toO'KeeffeCPA & Associates. This included:o Gaining knowledge of the complete structure of the company inorder to understand its previous successes, key areas of services toinclude the differences from similar providers in the FederalAcquisition Services business sector, and review marketing materials.o Personally, designed and developed the new corporate website.o Designed, developed, and oversaw the production of newmarketing materials to promote new messaging from the re-brandingcampaign.
