CurrentThe role of a tourism developer is inherently complex and varies significantly across different destinations, each operating under unique conditions.In Jönköping, our efforts are concentrated on private tourism, with a particular emphasis on the thematic areas of nature, culture, and gastronomy.In collaboration with the municipality’s visitor industry enterprises and business organizations, I provide strategic support in pivotal areas such as sustainability, internationalization, and digitalization, following a meticulously defined six-step tourism development process.We analyze and structure potential collaborations among diverse stakeholders, conceptualize and package an array of products and services, conduct comprehensive SWOT analyses, explore and secure funding opportunities, establish robust networks, and offer extensive training and support in marketing and communication strategies.These initiatives are meticulously designed to drive long-term, sustainable business development for enterprises.
