Served on the "Strategic Plan Workgroup" to develop a five-year strategic plan and vision, changing the organization's focus from compliance to risk mitigation to increase the electrical grid's reliability.Help companies identify problems and risks in their systems by performing a Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) analysis of processes and procedures and providing decision-making executives with a report and recommendations. As part of our outreach initiatives, we educated electric utility companies on assessing their systems and requesting assistance. As the principal consultant, I provided information security advocacy services to boutique law firms by explaining the impact vulnerabilities could have and how easy it would be to breach the system. I did this by conducting a risk management analysis of an office's information security system and providing a report of the most urgent 10 risks to fix, such as out-of-date hardware, non-current software and patches, and ineffective network rules and protocols.My company served 40 law offices continuously.
