Led and championed an initiative to introduce Go for services within the organization by presenting pros/cons, documented standardized service, and an example service resulting in the team ultimately adopting Go.Responsible for live incident support, including detection, response and cross-team/organization communication, resolution, and post-incident reporting.Team-built Kubernetes (EKS) and ECS infrastructures powering various player-facing systems, including CI/CD pipeline, secrets management, centralized observability, and runbooks.Led initiative to research, propose, and implement a solution for recurring connection timeouts, migrating millions of accounts without downtime, and reducing operational costs for hundreds of self-managed Redis instances.Led development of a new Go service to support in-game features consuming third-party HTTP API and gRPC streams, including load testing and deployment pipelines.
