Responsible for achieving planned budgeted sales for each month and calendar year for seven store locations. Development of management staff to provide and train associates in the highest level of customer service, sales, merchandising and overall store standards. Construct and follow through with advertising and marketing plans for the retail division. Inventory Management including buying exclusive retail product, and Liquidation of discontinued and overstock merchandise through forced product and Warehouse Sales.

Coach staff to provide the highest level of customer service and maximize sales. Responsible for all human resource functions including hiring, training and the Planning and execution of staff schedules and payroll. Effective supervision of store operations, maintaining appropriate inventory levels, and promoting a positive work environment.

Responsible for achieving planned budgeted sales for each month and calendar year, Controlling and maintaining payroll expenses for the calendar year, achieving planned profit goal for the calendar year, and achieving the planned “Orders Out” percentage for the store.
