About Erikka Tiffani Wells

Erikka Tiffani Wells, born and raised in Monterey, California, is an auto retail professional, sales manager, women’s advocate, and trainer.Mrs. Wells took her first steps in the automotive industry in 2004, when she began working as a service writer for a NAPA Auto Care repair shop in Smyrna, Georgia. In 2007, Erikka obtained an independent dealer’s license. She expanded her sales experience selling cars at a Buy Here Pay Here, eventually developing a single-point BDC for 3 rooftops.Despite the market crash of 2008, Erikka didn’t give up on her aspirations and worked as a show producer for Adam Goldfein, creating inspiring and educational material for the auto buying advice radio and TV show, AutoScoop. She returned to automotive retail in 2012, working with Audi Marietta to develop the first pilot BDC for Audi of America.Her work has been recognized with numerous awards and honors: Named as one of the Top Sales Managers for Audi of America (2016), the Flo Kennedy Award by Real Women Atlanta Magazine (2019), and a Nomination for the Rising in Community Excellence Award for contributions to women in the automotive field. In 2021, she was named an Honoree for Automotive News’ 40 under 40, awarded the Lighthouse Award for her work with WOCAN from PCG Digital (2022), and received the Best Practice Award from the Fixed Ops Roundtable.However, it’s not just her professional successes and awards Erikka has received that make her stand out. One of the most important things that characterize her as a progressive leader, is her dedication to the improvement of racial, ethnic and gender diversity in all aspects of the auto retail.So Erikka has set another goal for herself—to help women in non-traditional careers attain a higher level of success both personally and professionally. That’s why she became co-founder and Vice President of Women of Color Automotive Network, a non-profit organization established in 2020 to attract, connect, and empower minority women in the automotive industry.With her story as an inspirational example, she’s made appearances as a guest on Car Business Today, CBS Radio’s AutoNsider, Automotive News, as well as on various podcasts, online shows and media outlets. Erikka has presented as a guest speaker for the Texas Independent Dealers Association, Women in Automotive, the National Automotive Dealer Association (NADA), and as a workshop host and panelist for Digital Dealer. Erikka plans to own a dealership and run her own automotive group in the future, a legacy she looks forward to passing down to her children.
