Ideate, experiment, grow and scale high potential circular business models is the short version.The longer version: Helping teams and conscious leaders growing scalable, sustainable and meaningful ideas and business beyond imagination is my strength. I do that through conscious innervation and unlimited experimentation to find the best answers to the most curious questions. I believe we as individuals, organizations and humanity are in dire need for radically better quality of our ideas, decisions and actions if we are to realize dreams, opportunities and solve our challenges.I am intrigued by how we create organizations that are fit for humans and the future. In times with accelerating need for sustainable and meaningful solutions our organizations must step up their ability to cater for human needs and realizing future potential. That calls for excellence at two key questions: * Where do truly high potential ideas come from?* How do we design experiments that create validate learning from continuous experimentation?I believe that we as individuals, organizations and humanity have to step up our ambitions. Our average time from need to idea to solution to commercial success is somewhere between 8-12 years. If that applies to solving our current climate crisis we will be too late to the party. So let’s get our temperature high and up our ambitions by giving ourselves a Second founding, Massive Transformative Purpose, or why not just a couple of really curious questions! The ambition should be so high that we are unable to currently imagine any answers. At least no answers that can be realized today. And then experiment to validate what emerges, works and is true.That leads to what truly intrigues me: The highest potential lies in the pool of ideas to where there is no known opportunity or possibility. Among the ideas which no one can see something attractive. Among the ideas where there is no obvious potential. We just have to experiment and create validated learning to understand what emerges, does it work and is it true. And that is the best starting point to true high-potential.
