Erik possesses unmatched problem-solving skills obtained throughout his career while completing over $1.5-billion in residential and commercial projects, including restaurants, multi-family complexes, nightclubs & bars, high-end residential, fitness centers/cycle studios, and hotels. He sets high expectations for his team of architects and quality contractors and never tires until a task or project is 100% complete.Erik is a fourth generation builder who knew from a very young age his path in life was “to build." His dream to be a builder led him to study civil engineering and construction management at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. After graduation, Erik secured a position at a top global general contractor where he rose in his career for over 10 years executing high-profile hospitality, commercial, and residential construction projects ranging from $80 million to $600 million. Erik has been involved in complex projects including rebuilding the busiest land port of entry in the world, executing multiple national award-winning airport projects, constructing the largest K-12 school ever built at $600 million, and completing four LEED Gold certified projects. Erik thrives in complex environments and has proven expertise in directing teams while maintaining exceptional client relations.
