After graduation, Erik secured a position at a top global general contractor where he rose in his career for over 10 years executing high-profile hospitality, commercial, and residential construction projects ranging from $80 million to $600 million. Erik has been involved in complex projects including rebuilding the busiest land port of entry in the world, executing multiple national award-winning airport projects, constructing the largest K-12 school ever built at $600 million, and completing four LEED Gold certified projects. Erik thrives in complex environments and has proven expertise in directing teams while maintaining exceptional client relations.
