On 30th of September, we held a ceremony to celebrate First-Gas in the installation.October: Completed pre-commissioning and commissioning. We had a delay of 10 days due to seized 12" automated valve, which was overhauled by local vendor with highest priority. From 15 October, we started with dynamic testing.November: Dynamic testing and start-up of the process as planned with exporting gas to the national grid under testing conditions. By 28th of November, on-specification gas was delivered onwards and has proven the installation.December: Completed the final safety tests and performed 2x 72 hours functional tests to proof reliability of the installation. Site Construction Coordinator In Spain

Logroño En Omgeving, Spanje

Unión Fenosa Gas Exploración y Producción S.A.U. has awarded Frames with the contract for the Early Production Facility (EPF) gas treatment of the Viura project in Spain. The contract includes the engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and start-up of the EPF including two wellsites. The purpose of the EPF is the treatment of 1.100.000 Nm3/d of raw CO2 rich gas to export quality, including the condensate and water. The gas is evacuated via an export pipeline directly into the national distribution network, while the condensate and water are initially evacuated by truck. In order to meet the gas specification required by the client, the CO2 is removed via amine absorption. Low temperature separation (mechanical refrigeration) is used for the water and hydrocarbon removal. Both condensate and water are separated and treated to meet stringent specification. The Viura project is situated in the Spanish Rioja region. To minimize impact on the environment a zero emission - no flaring - policy is followed. For the fabrication and site construction UFG and Frames are aiming on cooperation with local parties. Possible future developments are water injection, new wellsites and increased capacity of the EPF.The startup of the EPF of the Viura project is planned end of 2014 with full commercial operation following shortly after.Update: 13 December 2014:We did it!Thanks to our commissioning team we have now gas in the Plant! This is a major milestone for Frames and UFG.Although Frames has successfully handed over the plant to UFG, we continue with safely testing the whole system with low pressure gas from the Spanish grid untill everything is working perfectly. After that we can open the well and take some natural gas, water, condensate and CO2 from 4,5 km below the surface and start producing gas....

Site Construction Coordinator International Projects

Amsterdam En Omgeving, Nederland

Activities at Jansens & DieperinkAt Jansens & Dieperink I was responsible for the entire preparation, shipping of tool containers, planning, execution and delivery of assembly and installation projects of mainly aluminum silos at locations worldwide: Middle East, Asia, Europe and occasionally North and South America. The assembly of a silo consists of assembling separate parts and then the silo is completely welded shut. For a detailed description, I refer you to the instruction video: http://www.jansensanddieperink.com/pages/video.phpI determined the project-specific tool lists for the lifting equipment, roller beds, welding machines and other (2000+) tools. In addition, I planned our own employees, approached local suppliers in the field of personnel, cranes, terrain, argon gas, generators, compressors, office units, toilets, diesel, etc., concluded the purchase contracts. Then I made a detailed budget and planning and compared it afterwards with the sales budget. In addition, I checked the progress of the prefab production in our factory and the shipping dates of the many dozens (sometimes hundreds) of 40ft sea containers. Prior to the job, I visited the location, customer and local suppliers to make arrangements. The implementation and delivery of the project was coordinated by me on the basis of Earned Value Analysis. The position of site construction coordinator is an independent position in which there is close cooperation with the other departments within the company: logistics, engineering and production, and where you direct and adjust the construction site leaders from the office during a project with a 'helicopter view'.On average, I had between 5 and 12 projects per year, with each project unique in its design, throughput, and global location.
