Storyboard MentorStoryboardart.Org Jul 2022 - Oct 2023Delighted to be one of five 'story mentors', who work with over 100 international online students, on a weekly basis. I review their work, teach story concepts, and we discuss film, story, the ins and outs of the industry and give insights toward helping students thrive with health and creativity throughout a career. Its a year long program, that I gleefully went through back in 2020, where I learned so much from industry pros. And now Im teaching! Its a wonderful international mix of story talent, and I LOVE the collaborative atmosphere that creator Sergio Paez has built for all of us. Check it out! storyboardart.org -

DirectorBento Box Entertainment Llc Jul 2021 - Sep 2021Los Angeles, California, United StatesDirected a 'pitch' pilot for a major network. Was given a GREAT script, GREAT character line up, and a lot of GREAT creative room (and encouragement) to come up with visuals, staging, gags, acting, and more. In 8 weeks went from thumbs to a fairly tight animatic. Had a very small crew and had a lot of FUN. Woo Hoo!! -

LOVED the daily story chats and the reworking of moments to find the best solutions. Worked closely with Director Hamish Grieve and Head of Story, Lawrence Gong. I don't think Ive ever drawn more in my life, AND I LOVED IT. After the film wrapped, I jumped over to Paramount's marketing to board out ideas for tool kit spots and some commercial tie in spots. It was a blast! -

Mst3K - Supporting Characters And Tom ServoNetflix Sep 2016 - Oct 2016So excited to have been a part of these 14 incredible episodes on Netflix. I assisted the wonderfully talented Russ Walko on Tom Servo. And did some principal Servo puppetry, along with other characters, even a watermelon. Working with Joel Hodgson, Beez McKeever, and Jonah Ray, and the entire crew was a dream experience. The cast, the production and Netflix could not have been nicer. -
Director - Legends Of Chamberlain HeightsBento Box Entertainment Llc May 2016 - Sep 2016Show director for Comedy Central's "Legends of Chamberlain Heights." Now airing after South Park. I directed 3 episodes from their second season, under the awesome guidance of show creator Brad Ableson. Script driven show, 22 min eps. I was responsible for taking the script and getting it blocked out as thumbnails, then relaying that to our super talented duo of board artists: Tim Hopkins and Mike Giovanelli. Also responsible for working with character designers Adam Fay, and Bg and prop designs as well as editors, revisionists, Network execs (and implementing their notes) project coordinators, writers, and beyond. -
Director/Creator - Wabbit.Warner Bros. Entertainment Group Of Companies Oct 2013 - Oct 2014Burbank, CaLed the team that developed, pitched and sold the new 'Wabbit.' cartoon show for Cartoon Network. These 2D shorts focus on featuring Bugs Bunny, and putting him in new, modern scenarios, amongst new characters, and letting him shine.I was the show runner (producer) for the first year, where I worked with the crew to: write, design, stage, edit, develop, board, cast for 56 separate 5 1/2 minute cartoon shorts, featuring Bugs. It was a dream job. During the first year, we made the switch from script driven to premise driven, and got to experience the benefits of both styles. I most enjoyed the story room, where we hatched a premise and developed, drew, and pitched an entire short in a day. From there it was handed over to the board artist to flesh out over the next four weeks. It was a tiring first day, but working with a small crew, hatching and honing an idea, made no other days so rewarding.Other responsibilities were staffing, model sheets, records, design, animation, S&P and legal notes, as well as animatics, leaky toilets, training and development, presenting to international execs, and most of all, listening to the crew. As a producer, you quickly learn it's a little of bit of everything. These 5 1/2 minute shorts will be one quarter of each 22 minute episode, and due to air on Cartoon Network in later 2015. -
WriterWarner Bros. Animation Oct 2013 - Oct 2014Burbank, CaWriter for early episodes of WABBIT, the new Bugs Bunny animated show on Cartoon Network/Boomerang. Also created and directed on the series. Some early writing credits: Buddha Bugs (w Jason Plapp), The Grim Rabbit, Your Bunny or Your Life, Painter Paint Hare, To Catch a Fairy, and more!

Storyboard Artist - American DadFox Television Animation Nov 2006 - Dec 2012Over 6 seasons, I was fortunate to board on over 25 episodes of American Dad. They were very tight boards and extremely fleshed out animatics. A script driven show, we we're given a radio play and the rest was up to us. Lots of drawings, tight deadlines, and little sleep. Hey, that's the life of a board guy. I'm grateful for the experience and learned so much. Thank you Seth, Ron, Brent, Matt, Mike, Diana, and Kara and all the other directors I was fortunate enough to learn from! -
Puppeteer - Clocky And Mr. WindowThe Pee Wee Herman Show! Jul 2008 - Sep 2008Was so fortunate to have this opportunity to work with PAUL REUBENS! I got to play Clocky and Mr. Window for his theatrical revival of PEE WEE'S PLAYHOUSE (at the Club Nokia Theater). After a thirty year hiatus, I got to work alongside Paul as he put on that red bow tie and delight audiences night after night. I can't stop smiling about how fun and truly incredible that was. Thank you Paul, Swazzle Puppets, and director Alex Timbers for letting me play a small part in such a cool, legendary show.

Illustrator / DesignerWayans Family Prod. /Smk Mechandising, Llc / Topps Trading Cards Apr 2004 - Sep 2004Hollywood, CaI love the Wayan's Brothers, and drawing silly cartoons. And this project was a great blend of both. I got to design almost all the cards, stickers, and Mama's in the 150 card set. Had a blast taking Yo Mama jokes, coming up with gag sketches, then going to pitch them to Keenan and Shawn, and taking their notes to finalize the line art. Lots of laughs and fun working on this.
