The Touring Career Workshop is a free event created by Chris Lisle and Erik Parker designed to provide Human Resources for the entertainment touring professionals. The inaugural TCW was held in November 2011 at Belmont University and was attended by over fifty industry professionals. Since then the touring career workshop annual event attracts 350+ individuals and over a dozen industry sponsors. TCW is an official IRS 501c3 non profit. As co-founder and the Associate Director, I am the point-of-contact for both the volunteer TCW team and community. I provide leadership and mentorship to build TCW audience, TCW brand, and logistics of our events and community outreach initiatives. As a production designer with CLLD, LLC I often managed multiple projects simultaneously, communicating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure success. I managed budget for projects with complex needs. I strategized with project stakeholders to ensure expectations and visions are being met in a methodical and budget-friendly manner. I managed and worked through unforeseen challenges that arise, while staying team focused and deadline-oriented. I mentored and empowered individuals within our teams and beyond for complete success of the organization’s vision.

As a freelance lighting designer and director I travelled the world with bands of all popularities, ensuring the customers received a consistent and high-quality concert experience. I led teams ranging from a few people to dozens of individuals to success with strict deadlines. I adapted to evolving environments quickly and handled stressful situations with grace. My core goal is to ensure our customers' visual experience match with the music they love so much.
