o Translate and implement the SD Worx SME strategy to the specific needs of the Brussels/Antwerp market needso P&L responsibility for the financial and commercial results of my own officeo Build my own professional network to create business development opportunities and relationships of trust with various stakeholders, to maintain the customer portfolio of my office.- Brussels: networking at various foreign chambers of commerce. Started an exclusive partnership with BritCham, to build brand awareness for SD Worx and acquire new customers.- Antwerp: co-founder of a network event, called “Good morning Metropool”, exclusively for SME Busisness Leaders in the Antwerp region o Managing a team of payroll specialists, legal consultants and account managers (people manager). Full responsibility for the headcount, hiring and firing. (Brussels 15 FTE & Antwerp 19 FTE)o Together with my team, we managed the client portfolio of the office by providing professional advice on payroll and HR matters.o Together with the Marketing team: brainstorms on marketing campaign specific for the region. Implement these campaigns and follow up on potential opportunities.o I’m responsible for the P&L (monthly reporting) and the yearly budgeting/forecast of my own office. Brussels: ~1.000 customers, ~11.000 monthly payslips and a yearly turnover of ~3.6M EURAntwerp: ~2.500 customers, ~12.000 monthly payslips and a yearly turnover of ~5.3M EURo Revenu targets: New customers: together with my account manager, we determine the forecast for new prospecting (target group, sector, region, etc.), and work out a go to market plan to achieve the objective. Existing customers: building trust and relationships, up- and cross-selling and problem solving.
