Started an exclusive partnership with BritCham, to build brand awareness for SD Worx and acquire new customers.- Antwerp: co-founder of a network event, called “Good morning Metropool”, exclusively for SME Busisness Leaders in the Antwerp region o Managing a team of payroll specialists, legal consultants and account managers (people manager). Full responsibility for the headcount, hiring and firing. (Brussels 15 FTE & Antwerp 19 FTE)o Together with my team, we managed the client portfolio of the office by providing professional advice on payroll and HR matters.o Together with the Marketing team: brainstorms on marketing campaign specific for the region. Implement these campaigns and follow up on potential opportunities.o I’m responsible for the P&L (monthly reporting) and the yearly budgeting/forecast of my own office. Brussels: ~1.000 customers, ~11.000 monthly payslips and a yearly turnover of ~3.6M EURAntwerp: ~2.500 customers, ~12.000 monthly payslips and a yearly turnover of ~5.3M EURo Revenu targets: New customers: together with my account manager, we determine the forecast for new prospecting (target group, sector, region, etc.), and work out a go to market plan to achieve the objective. Existing customers: building trust and relationships, up- and cross-selling and problem solving.

o Customer Accounting Services was a completely new team and service model at that time (both in terms of content and team). I had centralized 2 existing departments into 1 new department.o Determining the strategy on how this new department should work to guarantee the highest level of customer services and also towards the various Belgian government departments like RSZ (social security), FOD Fin (tax offices) ....o We were responsible for all SME customers of SD Worx in Belgium, in other words, with our team we provided multi language services in Dutch, French and English.o People manager of 8 CAS SME Consultants

o Correctly processing and managing my clients payroll calculations.o Daily advice to customers & up- and cross selling o Correctly processing and managing my clients' payroll calculations.o Expanding knowledge regarding payroll software, social legislation and payroll admin for the benefit of the customer.

o Post incoming payments from customers to the correct outstanding invoices.o Follow up and carry out any refunds of credit notes to customers.o Answer questions regarding SD Worx invoicing to customers.o Managing all cash flows between the customer, SD Worx and the government.
