Innovation Boot Camp 2018 is a project assigned by the Government of Sweden. The ambition is to encourage entrepreneurship among students in Sweden. The 48-hour crash course will take place in six student cities, where students will be provided with a toolkit enabling them to start their own business.I am a project coordinator for Lund and are a part of a national project team. As a project coordinator, I am responsible for the planning and execution of the Innovation Boot Camp event taking place in Lund in November 2018.My tasks include:• Market research• Conceptualization• Establishing partnerships• Logistics, e.g. booking venues and speakers• Boot Camp implementation

LundaEkonomerna is one of Sweden’s biggest and most flourishing student unions with 3500 members whereof around 300 is active in on of our 30 committees. With a turnover of about 7 000 000 the organization is lead by a board consisting of five full-timers and four part-timers. My main work as president consists of; - Being ultimately responsible for the operational as well as strategical goals of the organization - Leading the boards work and ensuring their physical as well as mental work environment - Representing the organization at internal and external events and associations- Together with the rest of the board setting the direction for the long term strategical goals and implementing these within our daily work.

As a big fan of the classical arts it is fantastic for me to be able to work at the new Concert Hall in Malmö, housing one of swedens finest symphonie orchestras. Guest service is in focus together with administration and safety for our audience. As a team leader i manage our about 25 persons in our service personel team and make sure that our service is living up to the world class standards that our operation aims at.

The General Council is the highest decision making body in LundaEkonomerna. The council takes all the major strategic and financial decisions, appoints the board and approves budgets and annual reports. The council also appoints all committee chairpersons, the Nominations Committee and much more.

Corporate Challenge is an active career fair that is being arranged by LundaEkonomerna in early fall . The idea behind the event is that students are being matched with their dream-companies to meet and get to know each other under more relaxed conditions. During one day the students and the company representatives form teams for fun competing and exciting activities around in Lund.

STS Alpresor puts a lot of pride in their service managment and especially in the work of their guides. On of the steps towards developing a higly professional staff is the guide course, spanning over 7-10 days in Bad Gastein, Austria. The week, mostly based on learing by doing, gives the participants a chance to try out and learn all parts of the work as a guide. As a course leader you are suppose to be a mentor, speaker, teacher and auditor. During my courses I have so far educated about 250 persons, some now working for STS Alpresor but many in other fields and for other companies.

Starting in 2013, STS Alpresors project with students was beginning its second year when i started as project manager. My work allowed me to be involved in the whole process from marketing, sales, planning and then traveling with the groups from universities and high schools in Sweden, Norway and Finland.

As destination manager in Ischgl I was the leader of a group of three guides during the period of 4 months. With a total of 1200 guests during the season my work contained everything from contact with hotels, handling of skipasses, customer services and formost personell matters. As Airport Manager i was resposible for our work at Innsbruck Airport and coordinated transfer and transportation of 7 destinations and about 30 guides. Over the course of the season we handled about 7000 guest and took care of flight delays, luggade handling and transfer to destinations in Italy and Austria.

With a strong urge to work abroad i turned to the travel industry and the biggest tour operator working with skiing trips in Scandinavia, STS Alpresor. Placed in the north western parts of Italy in the small village of Champoluc i worked as a travel guide and learned the basics values of customer relations as well as the virtues of hard work. I the got the chance to work both in Austria as a hiking guide but also as a sales agent at the main office in GothenburgSTS Alpresor is, with about 40 000 passangers every year , the biggest tour operator in Scandina specialized on holiday trips to the alps. Determined to be business leaders they work not only with the best transport but also with quality accomondation all around the alps.

In 2010, me and my colleague Philip Bäck, decided to start a buisness dedicated to sell watches to a young crowd in sweden.
