Personally, I am very good at creating networks and ensuring good relationships both internally and externally. Challenges and responsibility in the job as well as a trusting form of cooperation are important driving forces for me in a job. I am in favor of an open and honest dialogue and a humorous approach. I am an empathetic manager who is very focused on my employees' well-being, as I believe that this is a prerequisite for performing in the job. I am very ambitious in following projects and tasks all the way through to achieve the best possible result under the given circumstances, where it is important for me to involve employees, colleagues and other stakeholders in the process.Many years ago I had a lecturer at university who said that knowledge should not be kept in the head, but in the library, which is why it was important to know the process towards obtaining the desired knowledge. It has become one of my mottos in my working life as well; if there is something I can't or don't know, then I have to obtain the desired knowledge or find someone who has it and map out the process towards obtaining the desired knowledge.
