• Managed the overall design per plan and specification of various Building Automation Systems.• Collaborated with team members in Sales, Project Development, Installation, and Performance Assurance to develop projects at various stages.• Ensured that each project assigned reached installation on time and was implemented at or below the estimated cost. • Performed field audits to discover energy conversation measures and analyze performance of existing mechanical and control systems. • Developed hardware estimates and was responsible for the creation of control schematic drawing packages and sequences of operation. • Negotiated with sub-contractors and drafted sub-contracts.

• In addition to the duties of Project Engineer, designed control systems and performed commissioning/verification on complex HVAC systems.• Trained Project Engineers in TAC project implementation. Key Contributions:• Designed the Building Automation Systems for the $9 million City of Dallas, TX project. At the time, it was TAC’s second largest Performance Contract.• Designed and assisted in creating an industry leading Building Automation drawing software program (TAC ProjectBuilder II). Also designed and developed a new training course for the tool and taught the initial classes in TAC’s Learning Center. Received a 2004 Merit Award.

• Performed final commissioning and start up of TAC Building Automation Systems for Performance Contracting projects nationwide. Responsibilities included hardware and software design, validation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and system service.

• Created drawings using Microstation SE. • Researched blueprints to collect data for project engineer. • Transferred drawings from AutoCAD Release 13 to Microstation SE. • Performed survey work for Corps of Engineers construction projects.• Received Department of the Army Performance Award (1999, 2000, 2001)
