I have 23 years of technology leadership experience, beginning my career as a web developer and moving into enterprise software development. Through the course of my career, I have gained experience in all aspects of corporate IT, from front end web development, to security and authentication, to back end systems including managed file transfer and EDI. I have led teams of various sizes at multiple points in my career while also working as a solo developer. I have a continued drive to maintain my hands on skillset and stay close to the action as a software developer.My work includes experience across the full stack of enterprise software systems, from infrastructure, middle layer api development, and front end application and user interface development. I have worked with a wide range of technologies including Java, JavaScript, Typescript, Python, Ruby, and PHP. I am well versed in modern UI frameworks including React, Angular, and Vue. I have worked with an array of database systems including PostgreSQL, MySQL / MariaDB, MongoDB, and Oracle, as well as other technologies such as Kafka and Memcached.I am currently working as an independent consultant and am available for staff augmentation and project leadership roles. I am open to full time leadership opportunities in software development. I am comfortable with remote work but am not opposed to on-site and hybrid opportunities in the Twin Cities area.
