Vibra Energia Incentive Event - Desafio Marrakech 2023As Head of Activities, I led the execution of one of the largest incentive events in Brazil, organized for over 800 participants of Vibra Energia. My key responsibilities included:Full executive production across pre-event, event, and post-event stages, ensuring operational success and participant satisfaction.Creation and implementation of daily activities tailored for guests, delivering a memorable and immersive experience.Management of staff teams, overseeing their day-to-day tasks and ensuring smooth event execution.Coordination of food and beverage services, ensuring that participants’ needs were met with excellence, contributing to an unforgettable experience.Direct communication with the DMC in Morocco, managing daily interactions in English to ensure smooth collaboration and project delivery to the highest standards.Collaborated closely with the Project Head and Logistics Head, ensuring all activities and logistics were seamlessly aligned with the broader event objectives.The event was executed in partnership with Banco de Eventos, working together to ensure a highly successful outcome.This large-scale event allowed me to combine my strategic planning, team leadership, international communication, cross-functional collaboration, and partnership management skills, ensuring flawless execution and highly positive participant feedback.

I was recruited with the aim of making the company expand. We reformulated the team, processes and sales model, increasing sales from R$680,000 to R$2,700,000.00 in just one year, positioning the company as a market leader.
