Lead cross-organizational resources in design, development, deployment, and subsequent deployment of a new North American Service Management solution, eventually leading to the deployment of a global Nokia instance. The solution aligned with the ITIL Framework, replacing legacy eTOM and FCAPS processes and procedures. The primary solution applications included IBM Tivoli Netcool and BMC Remedy ITSM. The resulting solution lifecycle “rebooted” the Service Management offering in North America as part of a business strategy to relaunch the Regional Service Management offering eventually forming the core of the Global Service Management solution.
