With several years of experience in the food and beverage industry, I am a passionate and results-oriented distributor sales development manager at Ecolab, the global leader in water, hygiene, and infection prevention solutions and services. As part of the Ecolab team, I work with Sysco Iowa OpCo to develop and execute sales strategies, increase customer retention, and deliver value-added solutions that enhance food safety, quality, and efficiency. I also leverage my skills in inventory management, policy analysis, and training to support the operational excellence and compliance of our clients and partners. Currently, I am pursuing my MBA degree at Upper Iowa University, with a focus on general management, to further advance my career and broaden my knowledge and skills in the dynamic and competitive food and beverage market. My goal is to become a trusted and respected leader, who can inspire, empower, and enable others to achieve their full potential and contribute to the common good.
