Fractional Executive and Tax Director to Harry Ritchie's Jewelers (Retail), Don's Jewelers (Retail), H Boutique (Luxury Retail), and Ritchie Family LLC (Real Estate). As a member of the Executive Management team, I oversaw all financial reporting and income tax compliance for the organization, totaling 32 stores and 200 employees. I served as an advisor to the President on strategic financial management, inventory analysis, store financial performance, compensation, corporate budget management, information technology systems and analysis, retail credit granting and collection of receivables, procurement and distribution, charitable endeavors, community relationships and working with local law enforcement, leasing negotiations and determining financial metrics for individual sales associates.Among numerous projects, we privately restructured and recapitalized for continued sustainable growth during transition from the second generation ownership to the third generation.

I was part of the Professional Service team that serves primarily physicians and dentists. During this time, I attained the Certified Medical Practice Executive designation from Medical Group Management Association. I led specialty practices as a business advisor and also assisted physician owners with personal net worth financial management.

I worked in the tax department on a variety of entities and industries, focusing on corporate taxation. I was a Firm Technology Champion and assisted the Firm with implementation of paperless engagement software across all offices by developing the core structure and processes. Further, I was a professional recruiter for the Eugene office and presenter at the Firm's Leadership Conferences. I specialized in tax clients with $100 Million + in Revenue in the Manufacturing & Distribution Industry, including Forest Products. I also worked with high net worth individuals with numerous entity structures.
