Enabling the project and its objectives to have a buy-in and commitments from a broad range of internal stakeholders. I then managed the project to ensure consistent focus on delivery of the objectives, through actions taken by a wide range of external and internal actors.I was also lead responsible for the product category nicotine pouches in the EU office, developing for instance its industry organization supporting sustainable regulation at EU level.
