CurrentLead the global Knowledge Management organization, responsible for ensuring global processes and oversight for QMS documentation, training, and content development. Lead the One QMS initiative, driving the overall strategy for Agilent’s documentation and training processes, and support the development for all global Quality trainings (including the annual All Employee Quality Training). Global process owner for both the Documentation and Training Management process and systems. Global Quality representative for Agilent’s Learning Governance Board, responsible for driving company’s learning strategy across all functions.Key Contributions:• Lead One QMS program, driving consolidation of over 20 unique Quality Management System (QMS) instances into a single, global, program for entire enterprise. Have reduced overall volume of QMS documentation by over 65%, driving organizational efficiency and alignment to external regulatory requirements, and lead global PMO team responsible for the 3+ year effort. • Lead global Documentation and Training Management function, supporting all divisions, sites, functions across enterprise.• Created improved all-employee Quality Training refresher through utilization of gamification, simulation, video, and other interactive elements to improve overall experience and knowledge retention for key Quality concepts (e.g. handling product complaints).• Global Quality representative to the Global Learning Governance Board providing oversight and direction for the Learning Management System (LMS), drive global training initiatives, and ensure collaboration across the broader learning network• Leading global initiative to consolidate all required compliance trainings from paper-based records to dynamic eLearnings within Agilent's Learning Management System (LMS). Utilizing latest technology to dynamically assign courses to HR attributes (e.g. location, site, function) to improve assignment compliance and reduce administrative burden.
