I worked with and mentored other designers through a redesign of Kareo's EHR application, ensuring consistency in visual and interaction design patterns. Additionally, I worked on various tactical improvements to the Practice Management application, designing new flows and interactions for the upcoming ICD-10 migration, giving users a guided path through a substantial medical coding change. I also worked the mobile development team to update and redesign the mobile EHR application for iOS 7 update.Kareo, still feeling like a startup, often needed people to wear multiple hats to keep things moving, so I also provided front-end development for production and prototyping, releasing into production the updated header and global navigation code for a milestone MU2 Certified update.Lead weekly customer interviews and User research sessions, providing guidance, methodologies, and best practices to the team and other designers. -
