Before this, he has worked as managing director of a media company. Erik has extensive experience in sales and marketing, with a special interest in product development, change management, and upgrading the organisation. He also worked as commercial director in FMCG for Bestfoods/Unilever and in the packaging industry for Kappa Packaging.
