In partnership with teachers, we transform professional learning from the ground up to dramatically improve student outcomes. We also work with school, district, and state leaders to create the instructional systems necessary to support these changes. My role on the Math Team is to develop content that aligns to Teaching Lab's vision for effective and equitable professional learning. My current portfolio focuses on guiding teacher-leaders within a school or district to implement professional learning communities. These communities are grounded in high-quality instructional materials, research-based pedagogy, and equity-based teaching practices. As a content developer, I create all relevant materials and meet with teams of facilitators to onboard them before delivering content to our partners. Show less
