Civil Engineer graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru (Peru) with 10 years of professional experience in both design and construction management in big infrastructure projects (roads, metro, airport and building), as well as in the development of new businesses and tenders. Technical and management capacity focused on the study of new projects (public, private, PPP) and in the execution of projects within the foreseen schedule and costs. Master of Science in Tunnelling and Underground Space at the University of Warwick (UK), Diploma in Construction Project Management (PMI guidelines) and Diploma in Contract Management.
