Led the US and Canadian operation with an executive team comprised of:President US Commercial Operations, CFO, EVP Industrial Operations, VP Human Resources, VP R&D, VP Business Development and General Manager for the Canadian operation.During tenure net revenue grew by 72.3%, margin by 134.4% and EBIT by 230%.Doubled the size of the veterinary business in the US and Canada.Developed and implemented a Strategic Plan to significantly grow Virbac business in area,supported by three main objectives: Grow Revenue, Build Talent and Continuous Improvement.Significantly expanded the manufacturing and R&D facilities and renovated office space.Transitioned the company through an SEC investigation while maintaining morale and results.Re-instated into NASDAQ and subsequently bought out minority shareholders in November2006.Served, for ten years, as member of the Global Strategic Committee and led growth strategiesand divestitures that were critical to profitability and cash generation.

Executed a smooth transition from the founder of Virbac Australia, which included significant changes in the structure leading to a more dynamic and responsive company. Managed Virbac Australia with General Managers of New Zealand and South Africa.Reinforced the collaboration with headquarters in France.Managed the Implementation of an ERP in Australia and New Zealand.

Reorganized Brazilian affiliate by outsourcing large animal business unit while still receivingrevenue which led to significant improvement in cash and profits.Established an R&D unit in 1999 and developed products that resulted in an excess of $1million USD in 2002.Expanded into region and established offices in Colombia for Andean countries and in CostaRica for Central America. Evaluated and negotiated potential acquisitions in Argentina. Acquired a company in Colombia and in Costa Rica in 2002.

Responsible for sales and marketing activities in Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean.Served as Advisor to the Board of Directors in the acquisition of a Mexican company specializingin biologicals and pharmaceuticals for poultry, complementing the product offerings andboosting sales and profits. Held key role in the merger process.

Reorganized sales structure resulting in improved field presence and reduced operating expenses,yielding a 5% increase in profits.
