My main responsibilities at Scania are reporting of monthly actuals, quarterly projections and yearly budgeting. I am part of Regional Management Teams and provide insight through analysis to top management. I also produce a diverse set of Ad Hoc-reports for company wide users, prepare Board materials, take part in different change projects and act as a sparring partner for our CFO.I am the main user of the reporting system Oracle HFM and constantly improve and automate the reporting process. Other main tools are Epicor iScala, Qlickview and Ms Excel.Currently working a lot with tools such as Power Query, Power Pivot and Power BI to enhance and further visualize management reporting.

My key responsibilities were related to both Management Accounting and Financial Accounting. These included preparation of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to the global parent company. I continuously improved the reporting processes by advanced usage of the main reporting tool Ms Excel.My work also included assisting in the budgeting and forecasting process as well as working closely with our company Controller and CEO, assisting them with a variety of ad hoc tasks. I further held ownership of the month end closing and reconciliation processes and had a key role in the preparation of the Financial Statements. Some basic bookkeeping, coaching and introduction to new staff members were also an integral part of daily business.
