For twenty-five years I have worked with large scale transformations, business agility, lean portfolio management and change management in market-leading technology-oriented companies. I have introduced Lean and Agile practices and mindset in both large and small organizations. In addition I led international projects with teams spanning 7 countries on 3 continents. I also coached executive managers, management teams and key-personnel, developed and introduced product lifecycle management processes on a global scale as well as improvement strategies and led improvement programs on both local and corporate level.The anticipated efficiency gains of these initiatives often ranged up to several hundred M€. Companies I have co-operated with are market leaders in the field of finance, automation, telecom, automotive and road machinery. As a person I am a senior, result oriented expert with a highly developed social skill set who always puts the people at the canter of the change efforts. One of my key-interests in this area is tightening the cooperation between business and technology sides of the organization.
