Leads team responsible for developing new platforms, products, and services to be delivered to Function-Specific Subsidiaries (FSS), Enabling areas (EA), and market-facing Engagement Teams. Establishes an innovation portfolio, while managing standards and driving business performance. Coordinates complex stakeholder constituencies while managing select priority initiatives, across Enterprise IT and client deliverables. Manages Client Experience, Engagement Management, Go to Market Strategies, as well as innovation, and evolution of the long-term product(s) vision and roadmap(s)• Responsible for visioning, strategy, technology architecture, and product roadmaps delivered by enterprise IT organization to Function-Specific Subsidiaries (FSS)• Responsible for the coordination of innovative solutions which solve complex client issues, mitigate risk, ensure compliance, and enable go-to-market strategies.• Create business cases and gain executive approval for new ideas and keep leadership up to date on how technology investments are performing and where to invest next• Lead team to disrupt, improve and evolve ways of working and delivering• Responsibility for supporting the regular cadence of strategic reviews with FSS CIO & CTO’s• Understanding market trends, technology trends, and evolving industry dynamics to inform strategic priorities and planning• Collaborate with cross-divisional partners to drive strategic technical thinking and deployment of technology solutions• Coach direct reports to help them achieve their goals and deliver against the business vision
