• Propose conceptual engineering based on neighboring wells, directional plan, stick chart, and others according to the proposal of the Reservoir Engineer.• Carry out the drilling programs, and directional plan that includes cost and time estimates.• Field assistance in specialized work.• Carry out the respective Post mortem or final well closure report with details of estimated times and costs vs. real ones, highlighting the additional and lost times that impact the project.• Optimize time and cost to minimize investment and maximize profit.• Carry out all the previous activities (technical specifications, solped, among others) for the processes of service contracts and purchase of materials required for drilling and side track works.• Meetings with the drilling services company to discuss the productive and non-productive times after each execution of the works.• Supervise the proper administration of the contract.• Daily operational meetings with the management line.• Carry out and supervise specialized work programs (Cementation, fracking, wireline and others)
