It is critical to have all the preparations in place prior to any trip. Either inshore or offshore you have to plan for all the environments (safety equipment, weather, water temperature, bait, and tide charts) to ensure your team has the advantage to succeed! What this really means is that I have a passion to invest in others, so that they are inspired to succeed!I really enjoy being a member of a team and make a point of acknowledging and applauding the unique contributions of my teammates.Life has also taught me that sharing my experiences and listening to the stories of others, I am able to create an environment in which asking questions and gathering knowledge become everyday occurrences.I work best when I am tasked to lead a team of experts to take on complex challenges to create dynamic solutions.Driven by my talents and trust, I am often sought out by my peers to craft a plan that takes on the challenges of today while focusing on the priorities of tomorrow.
